Matt Osborne Partner / Director of Operations / DJ x 204 em: mosborne		Besides DJing at events, Matt co-manages the company and handles our IT Dept, Web Design, Marketing and overall Operations.  He started working in the office in 1997 under different ownership and eventually bought the company in 2003 with his business partner, Chris Dollar.
Chris Dollar Partner / Director of Sales x 202 em: cdollar		Chris co-owns and manages the company by handling our overall Sales Force, Corporate & Casino Divisions, Accounting, and HR.  Starting back in 2001, Chris has since produced thousands of successful events and is consistently our top salesman.
Lou Guzzo DJ Manager / Entertainment Consultant / DJ x 216		Lou is responsible for DJ recruiting and our extensive training program.  Originally from Long Island, NY, he has a great entertainment background and specializes in booking Entertainment for Weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and Corporate events.
Jimmy Economos Entertainment & Production Consultant / DJ x 213		Jimmy 'the Greek' produces some of our biggest festivals and shows and consults Entertainment & AV Services for some of our top referral accounts.  He primarily DJs at weddings on the weekends and throughout the week, leads our networking efforts within the different affiliations of our industry.  His first Spectrum event was in 1997.
Scott Mikell Entertainment Consultant / Band Manager / DJ x 207 em: lguzzo		Scott manages an impressive list of referral accounts and consults all our Entertainment and Video Services. Having previous experience within the Recording Industry, Scott also manages our Band Roster and Talent Acquisition.  He started DJ'ing for us in 2002.
Dianne Hudson Photography Manager / Marketing Asst. x217 em: dhudson		Dianne manages all our photo services directly with each of our clients and helps with our marketing campaigns and front office communications.
